CYCLONE was discontinued in 2012. In compliance with Japanese law, we retained service parts for 7 years, until 2019. Our legally mandated product support obligations have ended. Before you contact us for support, we ask for your kind understanding in that we can no longer offer detailed guidance free of charge.
KIRAMEK manufactured CYCLONE Motorcycle Security and designed it for the Japanese market. CYCLONE was distributed within Japan only until in late 2006 when we began to export CYCLONE to a distribution partner in the United States, FreyMoto Industries. FreyMoto was granted rights to worldwide distribution outside Japan. In early 2013, distribution rights to FreyMoto products, including CYCLONE, were transferred to Fusion LED Systems ; however, KIRAMEK has not manufactured the CYCLONE 866F for export outside Japan since March 2012. Subject to component availability, it may possible for KIRAMEK to restart CYCLONE 866F manufacturing or even modify the product for a prospective bulk buyer if our minimum order requirements (see below) are met; butwe have have no stock of CYCLONE to fill individual orders. As of March 2016, the CYCLONE 866F no longer appears on the website of Fusion LED Systems or LOCKITT, which indicates they have no remaining inventory for sale. Thank you for your kind understanding and interest in CYCLONE.
We prefer to discuss bulk pricing with dealers only after you have had the opportunity to fully evaluate a product sample. Viewing the information presented on this website is useful, but evaluating the actual product is paramount. Only by testing our product can you best determine if it will meet the needs of your target market.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
KIRAMEK must manufacture the Cyclone 866F in lots of 1000pcs or higher. We also require a 1000pc order minimum for the optional Paging System and for the optional Secondary Siren. There is no order minimum for spare transmitters when ordered along side Cyclone 866F systems.
KIRAMEK is located in Japan but our factory is based in Taiwan. Shipping terms are FOB from Taiwan. This means that for orders of 1000pcs or more, your company will be required to arrange for transport via your own preferred shipper (FOB terms). It is likely we can recommend a shipper that we have existing business with (C&F or CIF terms), but in some cases you may obtain the best rates through your own preferred shipper.
KIRAMEK can customize the CYCLONE box design and color according to your specific needs, depending on how many units you order. For bulk orders, we simply require a one-time US$150.00 design change fee to alter our existing box design (physical size will remain the same). For orders of less than 500pcs, we require an additional US$1 per box fee, which is in addition to the one-time $150 design alteration fee. (For orders of 1000pcs or more, we wave the $1/box fee entirely.) We can also customize the CYCLONE documentation with your company logo and contact information, for no additional charge..

Additional certifications required by your sales territory can be obtained, but such will need to be at the buyer's expense. In some cases, certification fees can be waved for large bulk orders -- the size of such a bulk order will vary based on the certification costs involved.
Our documentation is available in English (or Japanese if purchased through our distributors in Japan). KIRAMEK can print other languages for bulk orders, but we require the buyer to absorb the cost of the needed translation and provide that translation to us for printing.
